Dasar penilaian yaitu pencapaian KPI yang telah ditetapkan. Selama tahun 2022, Sekretaris Perusahaan berhasil memenuhi KPI sebesar 105,36%.2. Board Support & Planning FunctionManaged the activities of the Board of Directors,including Board Content Development, BoardAssistance, Resolution Management; the CorporateSecretary%u2019s budget; as well as managing the planning & operations of the Board of Directors and the CorporateSecretary.3. Internal Communication FunctionManaged internal engagement, corporate events,internal communication channels, corporate brandguidelines, and supported cross-functional activities.4. External Communications & Stakeholder RelationsFunctionCarried out the role of stakeholder engagement,sponsorship & exhibition activities, and managed social media.5. CSR FunctionMonitor, evaluate, and report on CSR programs andbudgets carried out by PHE Subholding Upstream.ASSESSMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CORPORATE SECRETARYThe Corporate Secretary%u2019s performance assessment is included in the annual evaluation of the Board of Directors.
