Sekretaris Dewan Komisaris bertanggung jawab dalam menjalankan fungsi kesekretariatan, memastikan tugastugas Dewan Komisaris telah dijalankan dan semua informasi yang diperlukan Dewan Komisaris telah tersedia, serta mendukung Dewan Komisaris dalam mengawasi penerapan praktik GCG PHE. Di samping itu, Sekretaris Dewan Komisaris juga menjalankan tugas lainnya sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Sekretaris Dewan Komisaris diangkat, diberhentikan, dan bertanggung jawab kepada Komisaris Utama. Ketentuan masa jabatan Sekretaris Dewan Komisaris tidak diatur dalam Anggaran Dasar maupun Pedoman Kerja Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi. In addition, the Secretary to the Board of Commissioners performs additional responsibilities as specified by the applicable laws and regulations.The President Commissioner appoints, dismisses, and is responsible for the Secretary to the Board of Commissioners. The Secretary to the Board of Commissioners%u2019 term of office is not specified in the Articles of Association or the Work Guidelines for the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors.
