Remunerasi anggota Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi terdiri atas gaji/honorarium, tunjangan, fasilitas, serta tantiem. Penghasilan yang berupa gaji/honorarium dan tunjangan, serta penetapan fasilitas ditetapkan melalui RUPS dengan mempertimbangkan faktor skala usaha, kompleksitas usaha, tingkat inflasi, kondisi, dan kemampuan keuangan Perusahaan, serta faktor lain yang relevan (seperti tingkat penghasilan yang berlaku umum dalam industri sejenis) dan tidak bertentangan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. REMUNERATION STRUCTURE FOR MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORSThe remuneration structure for the Board of Commissioners refers to Minister of SOEs Regulation No. PER-13/MBU/2021 concerning the Sixth Amendment to the Minister of SOEs Regulation No. PER-04/MBU/2014 concerning Guidelines for Determining Income for the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and Board of Trustees of State-Owned Enterprises. Remuneration for members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors consists of salary/honorarium, allowances, facilities, and bonuses.
