Di samping itu, sektor hulu migas juga diarahkan untuk menjalankan Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), percepatan Plan of Development (POD), dan komersialisasi proyek-proyek utama. Langkah-langkah tersebut menjadi bagian dari upaya transformasi menuju pencapaian 1 juta BOPD dan 12 MMSCFD di tahun 2030. SKK Migas juga terus mendorong peningkatan kapasitas nasional sebagai bagian dari%u00a0 multiplier effect%u00a0 industri hulu migas.Di tengah krisis energi, sektor hulu migas masih diyakini menjadi tulang punggung industri migas demi memenuhi kebutuhan energi dunia karena migas masih menjadi komoditas utama menggerakkan perekonomian dunia. Terlepas dari hal tersebut, pengembangan dan kontribusi migas harus dihadapkan pada tantangan pada isu transisi energi.Transisi Energi dan Ekonomi Rendah KarbonPeningkatan bauran energi baru dan terbarukan sebesar 23% pada tahun 2025 dari baruan energi nasional telah menjadi agenda pemerintah. PHE Subholding Upstream bergerak di sektor hulu migas, namun demikian tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa Perusahaan sadar dengan perubahan ke arah pemenuhan energi bersih dan agenda pemerintah terhadap transisi energi. Sumber energi bersih akan mendorong pengurangan emisi CO2 sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2016 tentang Pengesahan Paris Agreement to UNFCC dan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 22 Tahun 2017 tentang Rencana Umum Energi Nasional (RUEN). Namun demikian, pemanfaatan energi bersih tak dapat dilakukan secara seketika dan penerapannya secara luas memerlukan transisi. Energi fosil tidak dapat ditinggalkan begitu saja, mengingat pemerintah memiliki target produksi minyak 1 juta BOPD dan gas 12 BSCFD pada tahun 2030. Pemenuhan target migas tersebut berpotensi meningkatkan emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK). In addition, the upstream oil and gas industry is tasked with Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), accelerating the Plan of Development (POD), and commercializing major projects. These steps are a component of the transformation effort to reach 1 million BOPD and 12 MMSCFD by 2030. As part of the multiplier effect of the upstream oil and gas industry, SKK Migas also continues to promote national capacity building.In the midst of the energy crisis, it is still believed that the upstream oil and gas sector is the backbone of the oil and gas industry in order to meet the world's energy needs, as oil and gas continue to be the primary commodity driving the global economy. Aside from that, the development and contribution of oil and gas must deal with the issue of energy transition.Energy Transition and Low Carbon EconomyThe Government's agenda now includes increasing the national new energy mix's new and renewable energy mix by 23% by 2025. PHE Subholding Upstream is engaged in the upstream oil and gas sector, but it does not rule out the possibility that the Company is aware of the government's energy transition agenda and changes toward achieving clean energy.In accordance with Law No. 16 of 2016 on the Ratification of the Paris Agreement to the UNFCCC and Presidential Regulation No. 22 of 2017 on the National Energy General Plan (RUEN), clean energy sources will promote CO2 emission reductions. However, the widespread use of clean energy cannot be implemented immediately; a transition is required.In light of the Government's 2030 goal of producing 1 million BOPD of oil and 12 BSCFD of gas, fossil energy cannot be abandoned.
