PT Pertamina Hulu Energi 133 2022Laporan TahunanAnnual ReportAnalisis dan Pembahasan ManajemenManagement Discussion and AnalysisRealisasi akuisisi seismik 2D di tahun 2022 adalah 1.818 km atau 90% dari target RKAP 2022. Akan tetapi, perlu menjadi catatan bahwa terdapat percepatan akuisisi seismik 2D KE11 (PHE-WMO) yang semula ditargetkan multiyear 2021-2022 dengan komposisi 220 km di tahun 2021 dan 241 km di tahun 2022 dapat dipercepat dan diselesaikan di tahun 2021 dengan total program 461 km, sehingga jika dibandingkan dengan target RKAP 2022, maka realisasi seismik 2D adalah sepanjang 2.032 km atau 1% di atas target RKAP 2022.Sementara itu, realisasi program seismik 3D di tahun 2022 adalah 371 km2 atau 38% dari target RKAP yang sebesar 982 km2. Perlu menjadi catatan juga terdapat percepatan akuisisi seismik 3D Pulau Panjang Sungai Buloh (PPSB) oleh Regional 1 yang semula ditargetkan di tahun 2022 seluas 310 km2dilakukan percepatan seluas 41 km2 di tahun 2021 dan 269 km2 di tahun 2022, sehingga jika dibandingkan dengan target RKAP 2022 maka realisasi seismik 3D adalah seluas 412 km2 atau 59% di bawah target RKAP 2022.Profitabilitas Segmen EksplorasiProduksi migas yang berkelanjutan bergantung pada akses Perusahaan ke peluang investasi dan temuan cadangan sumber daya baru melalui kegiatan eksplorasi. Dari kegiatan eksplorasi hingga tahun 2022, tercatat temuan 2C sebesar 345 MMBOE yang perlu segera ditindaklanjuti untuk mempercepat monetisasi aset. Fungsi Eksplorasi menyerahkan 22 struktur temuan eksplorasi melalui mekanisme Penentuan Status Eksplorasi (PSE) ke Direktorat Development & Production.Kapasitas dan Pengembangan pada Segmen EksplorasiPHE Subholding Upstream aktif mencari sumber daya migas baru sepanjang tahun 2022. Langkah ini dilakukan sebagai bagian dari upaya mendukung ketahanan energi nasional. Komitmen Perusahaan adalah melakukan kegiatan eksplorasi, baik di existing asset, area frontier, maupun new venture dengan masif dan agresif, termasuk menggunakan teknologi-teknologi terkini. Dalam strategi eksplorasi, PHE Subholding Upstream memiliki tiga strategi, yaitu eksplorasi masif dan agresif di wilayah kerja existing; mencari potensi eksplorasi di wilayah terbuka; serta strategi partnership.Operational Review Per Business SegmentTinjauan Operasi per Segmen UsahaThe realization of 2D seismic acquisition in 2022 was 1,818 kilometers, or 90% of the 2022 RKAP target. It should be noted, however, that an accelerated acquisition of 2D seismic KE-11 (PHE-WMO) that was originally targeted for multiyear 2021-2022 with a composition of 220 km in 2021 and 241 km in 2022 was accelerated and completed in 2021 with a total program of 461 km, so when compared to the 2022 RKAP target, the 2D seismic realization was 2,032 km long, or 1% above the 2022 RKAP target.Meanwhile, the 3D seismic program covered 371 km2 in 2022, or 38% of the RKAP target of 982 km2. It should also be noted that Regional 1 accelerated the 3D seismic acquisition of Pulau Panjang Sungai Buloh (PPSB), which was originally targeted for 310 km2 in 2022, to accelerate 41 km2 in 2021 and 269 km2 in 2022, thus making the 3D seismic realization 412 km2 or 59% below the 2022 RKAP target.Exploration Segment ProfitabilitySustainable oil and gas production is contingent on the Company's access to investment opportunities and the discovery of new reserves of resources through exploration. From exploration activities through 2022, 345 MMBOE of 2C discoveries were identified, which require immediate follow-up to accelerate asset monetization. The Exploration Function submitted 22 structures of exploration findings to the Development & Production Directorate via the Exploration Status Determination (PSE) mechanism.Capacity and Development in the Exploration SegmentThroughout 2022, PHE Subholding Upstream actively sought out new oil and gas resources. This action was taken in support of the nation's energy security. The Company is committed to conducting massive and aggressive exploration in existing assets, frontier areas, and new ventures, utilizing the most advanced technologies. PHE Subholding Upstream has three exploration strategies: massive and aggressive exploration in the existing work area, searching for exploration potential in open areas, and a partnership strategy.
