Optimasi Treatment Sumur Injeksi Migas: Di PT Pertamina EP Region 2 Zona 7 Field Subang, inovasi Auto-Suction Chemical Pump berhasil menghemat energi sebesar 1.304,3 GJ. 2. Konversi Gas Buang H2S Menjadi Listrik: Di WSA Plant JOB Pertamina-Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi, konversi gas buang H2S untuk menghasilkan listrik telah mengurangi penggunaan energi rata-rata sebesar 25,4% dari baseline pada periode 2018-2020, mencapai penghematan kumulatif sebesar 1.347.261 MMBTU. Ini setara dengan penghematan biaya sebesar USD6.022.258.3. Efisiensi Energi di Gas Engine Generator (GEG) Power Plant: Melalui metode Re-Engineering Breather Line di PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona 4 Prabumulih Field, penurunan suhu ambientberhasil mengurangi konsumsi bahan bakar gas pada GEG, menghasilkan penghematan energi sebesar 0,16 MMSCFD atau setara dengan 93.667,86 GJ/Tahun. Inisiatif ini juga berkontribusi pada pengurangan emisi CO2 sebesar 3.794,9 CO2eq/tahun dan pengurangan limbah B3 sebesar 2.616 ton, dengan total penghematan biaya mencapai Rp5.238.134.596,12. Conversion of H2S Flue Gas into Electricity: At WSA Plant JOB Pertamina-Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi, the conversion of H2S exhaust gas to generate electricity has reduced average energy use by 25.4% from baseline in the 2018-2020 period, achieving cumulative savings of 1,347,261 MMBTU. This equates to a cost savings of USD6,022,258.3. Energy Efficiency in Gas Engine Generator (GEG) Power Plant: Through the Re-Engineering Breather Line method at PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zone 4 Prabumulih Field, the decrease in ambient temperature has succeeded in reducing gas fuel consumption in GEG, resulting in energy savings of 0.16 MMSCFD or equivalent to 93,667.86 GJ / Year. This initiative has also contributed to a reduction in CO2 emissions by 3,794.9 CO2eq/year and a reduction in B3 waste by 2,616 tons, with total cost savings reaching IDR5,238,134,596.12.
