                                    Sebagai anak perusahaan dari PT Pertamina (Persero) yang bergerak dalam bidang eksplorasi dan produksi minyak dan gas bumi, PHE senantiasa menaruh perhatian besar terhadap penerapan tata nilai AKHLAK sebagai budaya kerja atau core values yang telah diimplementasikan sejak 1 Juli 2020. Selama berjalan 4 (empat) tahun, berbagai program intervensi budaya telah diimplementasikan secara berkesinambungan di mana seluruh Perwira Pertamina berkontribusi aktif di dalamnya. Penerapan tata nilai AKHLAK telah memberikan dampak bisnis yang signifikan, dapat dilihat dari perubahan perilaku maupun mindset di seluruh lini fungsi Perusahaan. Untuk tetap meningkatkan internalisasi nilai-nilai AKHLAK berjalan dengan baik dan berkelanjutan, maka program-program yang ada akan beradaptasi dengan kondisi terkini dan kebutuhan organisasi sehingga aktivitas-aktivitas keseharian pekerja menjadi sangat relevan dan dapat mencapai tujuan Perusahaan.Komitmen pimpinan menjadi kunci keberhasilan implementasi AKHLAK di seluruh entitas lingkungan PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (Subholding Upstream). Kontribusinya difasilitasi melalui siklus implementasi Living Core Values (LCV) AKHLAK yang diadakan setiap tahun dan terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu: penyusunan program budaya dan rencana kerja, pengawasan dan evaluasi pelaksanaan, serta asesmen di akhir siklus menggunakan skema survei kuesioner ke seluruh pekerja serta proses wawancara di tempat.Pada akhir tahun 2024, PT Pertamina (Persero) telah melakukan penilaian Living Core Values (LCV) terhadap 367 pimpinan. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian tersebut diperoleh posisi 3 (tiga) teratas dengan predikat Best Leaders masing-masing di level Vice President/setara dan General Manager/setara. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, maturity level Pertamina Group berada di level Engagementyang artinya: Leaders sebagai Role Models berperan aktif dalam menggerakkan seluruh unit/fungsi di bawahnya untuk mengimplementasikan program budaya sesuai dengan rencana kerja demi mencapai indikator keberhasilan.As a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero) running its business in the field of exploration and production of oil and gas, PHE pays careful attention to the application of AKHLAK values at all times, as the core values that have been implemented as of July 1, 2020. During the last 4 (four) years, various programs of cultural intervention were implemented continuously to which all Pertamina Officers actively contributed. The implementation of AKHLAK as the core values has given significant impacts on the business, as may be viewed from the transformation of both behavior and mindset in all lines of function in the Company. To keep enhancing the internalization of AKHLAK values to run smoothly and sustainably, the existing programs must adapt to the latest conditions and the organization%u2019s necessities, therefore, the daily activities of the workers become highly relevant and capable of achieving the Company%u2019s purpose.The commitment of the management becomes the key to success for the implementation of AKHLAK in all entities in PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (Subholding Upstream). Its contribution has been facilitated through the cycle of implementation of Living Core Values (LCV) of AKHLAK, held each year and consisting of several stages, namely: arrangement of cultural program and work plan, supervision and evaluation of the implementation, as well as assessment at the end of the cycle using the questionnaire survey scheme to all workers as well as on-the-spot interview process.Until the end of 2024, PT Pertamina (Persero) has performed assessments of Living Core Values (LCV) to 367 leaders. According to the result of such assessment, top 3 (three) Best Leaders predicates were each awarded to personnel at the levels of Vice President/equivalent and General Manager/equivalent.
