Jabung PSC ExtensionBerdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Energi danSumber Daya Mineral Republik IndonesiaNo. 219.K/HK.02/MEM.M/2021 tanggal9 November 2021 menetapkan untuk melakukanperpanjangan kontrak PSC selama lima tahunsejak berakhirnya masa perjanjian tanggal27 Februari 2023.Berdasarkan Amandemen dan PernyataanKembali Kontrak Bagi Hasil yang dibuat danditandatangani pada 12 November 2021 antaraSKK Migas dan Kontraktor, dengan tanggal efektif27 Februari 2023 pukul 00:00, jangka waktukontrak adalah 20 (dua puluh) tahun terhitungsejak tanggal efektif. Kontraktor dan partisipasiinteres di Wilayah Kerja Jabung terdiri dariPetroChina International Jabung Ltd. (30%) yangjuga sebagai operator, PT Pertamina Hulu EnergiJabung (28%), PT GPI Jabung Indonesia (22%),dan PETRONAS Carigali (Jabung) Ltd. (20%).Based on the Decree of the Indonesian Minister ofEnergy and Mineral ResourcesNo. 219.K/HK.02/MEM.M/2021 dated November 9,2021 assign to extend PSC contract for five yearsfrom the end of the agreement period onFebruary 27, 2023.Based on the Amendment and Restatement of theProduction Sharing Contract made and signed on12 November 2021 between SKK Migas and theContractor, with an effective date of 27 February2023 at 00:00, the contract period is 20 (twenty)years including from the effective date. Changes of Corridor PSC schemePada tanggal 11 November 2019, PHE Corridormenandatangani KBH Gross Split Blok Corridordengan jangka waktu kontrak 20 tahun, yangberlaku efektif sejak tanggal 20 Desember 2023.Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral RepublikIndonesia, melalui Keputusan MESDMNo. 444.K/MG.01/MEM.M/2023 tanggal12 Desember 2023 tentang perubahan atasKeputusan MESDM No. 128K/10/MEM/2019tanggal 22 Juli 2019 tentang PerubahanPersetujuan Perpanjangan dan Penetapan Bentukdan Ketentuan-Ketentuan Pokok (Terms andConditions) Kontrak Kerja Sama Pada WilayahKerja Corridor, telah memberikan persetujuanperubahan bentuk dan ketentuan-ketentuan pokokKontrak Kerja Sama Wilayah Kerja Corridor dariskema gross split ke skema cost recovery.On November 11, 2019, PHE Corridor signed theCorridor Block Gross Split PSC for a contract periodof 20 years, which became effective from the dateDecember 20, 2023. Minister of Energy and MineralResources of the Republic of Indonesia, throughDecree No. 444.K/MG.01/MEM.M/2023 datedDecember 12, 2023 regarding amendment toMEMR Decree 128K/10/MEM/2019 datedJuly 22, 2019 regarding Extension Approval and thestipulation of Terms and Conditions of theCooperation Contract on the Corridor ContractArea, has granted the approval to the changes ofterms and conditions Corridor PSC from gross splitscheme to cost recovery scheme.c. Hak Pengendalian Atas Operasi Minyak danGas Bumi di Blok West Qurna-1c. Control Rights of Petroleum Operations in WestQurna-1 BlockPada tanggal 1 Januari 2024, PIREP menerimasurat notification dari EMIL yang menyatakanbahwa semua condition precendent yangdinyatakan di dalam Settlement Agreement Pasal3.2 telah terpenuhi dan telah berlaku efektif. PadaPasal 4.10 Settlement Agreement dinyatakanbahwa semua pihak di WQ1 dan BOC telahmenyetujui bahwa JMC seat EMIL akan berpindahke Pertamina pada saat Settlement Agreement iniberlaku efektif.On January 1, 2024, PIREP received a notificationfrom EMIL stated that all conditions precedentmentioned in Clause 3.2 of the SettlementAgreement have been satisfied, thus it would beconsidered as the effective date. Furthermore, inthe Settlement Agreement Clause 4.10 states thateach of WQ1 Co-Ventures and BOC agree thatEMIL%u2019s JMC seat will be assigned to Pertamina atthe effective date.
