Laporan Pelaksanaan Tugas dan Penilaian Kinerja Fungsi Upstream InnovationSelama tahun 2024, Fungsi Upstream Innovation telah menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya meliputi: 1. Komitmen terhadap Program ESGSebagai bentuk komitmen PHE dalam mendukung target Net Zero Emission tahun 2060, saat ini Fungsi UI berperan sebagai Ketua Tim Pengembangan Bisnis Penyelenggaran Penangkapan dan Penyimpan Karbon (Carbon Capture & Storage) dan Penyelenggaraan Penangkapan, Pemanfaatan, dan Penyimpanan Karbon (Carbon Capture, Utilization & Storage) di Subholding Upstream. Dalam mendukung ESG, Dekarbonisasi Bisnis dan mendukung kegiatan operasional Subholding Upstream, Fungsi UO melaksanakan Study Strategic Initiative, di antaranya 2 Studi CCS yaitu Studi CCS Lapangan Akasia Bagus (Regional 2 Zona 7) dan Studi Pemetaan Potensi Saline Aquifer untuk Penyimpanan Karbon di Area Jawa Timur (Regional 2 Zona 11) serta 34 Studi Inovasi/Pilot Project Innovation Technology untuk mendukung kebutuhan operasional Subholding Upstream telah selesai dilaksanakan. 2. Solusi Teknis & Dukungan TeknisFungsi Upstream Innovation memberikan Solusi Teknis & Dukungan Teknis sebesar total 20.179 Manhours kepada Fungsi Business Development, Eksplorasi, Development & Production serta Regional/Zona dan AP Service di lingkungan Subholding Upstream.Melalui program %u201cAsk for Help 2024%u201d (Solusi Teknis dan Dukungan Teknis untuk Subholding Upstream/Regional/Zona pada Tahun 2024) Fungsi Upstream Innovation telah memberikan Solusi permasalahan Regional/Zona dengan jumlah 309 Ask for Help dengan status YTD Desember 2024 sebagai berikut:1. 207 Selesai Dikerjakan;2. 94 On Progress Pengerjaan Solusi Teknis; dan3. 8 Proses Pemilihan Solusi.4. Sejumlah Ask for Help bersifat sequential. 3. Survei Efektivitas Inovasi TeknologiFungsi Upstream Innovation mencapai nilai Survei Kepuasan Pelanggan atas layanan Solusi Teknis & Dukungan Teknis Fungsi Upstream Innovation kepada Regional/Zona Subholding Upstream dengan indeks 8,77 (dari skala 10). Dan Survei Efektivitas Inovasi Teknologi atas inovasi teknologi yang diberikan kepada Regional/Zona Subholding Upstream mendapatkan indeks 8,22 (dari skala 10). Hal ini menunjukkan kepuasan terhadap jasa layanan dan inovasi teknologi yang telah diberikan oleh Fungsi UI untuk mengatasi permasalahan operasional di lingkungan Subholding Upstream maupun Pertamina Group. Survei dilakukan secara independen oleh BUMN Survei ID/Sucofindo. Performance Report and Performance Evaluation of the Upstream Innovation FunctionDuring 2024, the Upstream Innovation Function has performed its duties and responsibilities including:1. Commitment to ESG ProgramAs a form of PHE's commitment to supporting the 2060 Net Zero Emission target, currently the UI Function acts as the Head of the Business Development Team for Carbon Capture & Storage and Carbon Capture, Utilization & Storage in the Upstream Subholding. In supporting ESG, Business Decarbonization and supporting the operational activities of the Upstream Subholding, the UO Function conducts Strategic Initiative Studies, including 2 CCS Studies, namely the Akasia Bagus Field CCS Study (Region 2 Zone 7) and the Saline Aquifer Potential Mapping Study for Carbon Storage in East Java (Region 2 Zone 11) as well as 34 Innovation Studies/Pilot Project Innovation Technology to support the operational needs of the Subholding Upstream have been completed.2. Technical Solutions & Technical SupportThe Upstream Innovation function provides Technical Solutions & Technical Support for a total of 20,179 Manhours for the Business Development, Exploration, Development & Production as well as Region/Zone and AP Service Functions within the Upstream Subholding.Through the %u201cAsk for Help 2024%u201d program (Technical Solutions and Technical Support for the Subholding Upstream/Region/Zone in 2024) the Upstream Innovation Function has provided solutions to problems of Region/Zone with a total of 309 Ask for Help with the following YTD status as of December 2024:1. 207 Completed Work;2. 94 On Progress of Technical Solution Work; and3. 8 Solution Selection Process.4. A number of Ask for Help are sequential.3. Survey of Technological Innovation Effectiveness The Upstream Innovation function achieved a score of Customer Satisfaction Survey for the Upstream Innovation Function's Technical Solution & Technical Support services to the Upstream Subholding Region/Zone with an index of 8.77 (on a scale of 10). And the Survey of Technological Innovation Effectiveness for technological innovations provided for the Subholding Upstream Region/Zone received an index of 8.22 (on a scale of 10). This shows satisfaction with the service and technological innovation provided by the UI Function to overcome operational problems within the Upstream Subholding and Pertamina Group.
