Technical Innovation GroupTechnical Innovation Group pada Upstream Innovationterdiri dari 6 (enam) fungsi, di antaranya sebagai berikut:1. Innovation Geology2. Innovation Gepohysics3. Pelatihan dan/atau Peningkatan Kompetensi Fungsi Upstream InnovationPHE membuka kesempatan bagi seluruh pekerja dalam Fungsi Upstream Innovation untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan keahliannya. Oleh sebab itu, PHE menyertakan pekerja Fungsi Upstream Innovation dalam program-program pengembangan kompetensi, baik yang diselenggarakan oleh internal maupun pihak eksternal. Training and/or Competency Improvement in Upstream Innovation FunctionPHE provides all workers in the Upstream Innovation Function with opportunities to improve their competencies and expertise. Therefore, PHE includes workers of the Upstream Innovation Function in competency development programs, both internally and externally organized.
