Fungsi Upstream InnovationDireksi membentuk Fungsi Upstream Innovation dalam rangka untuk menghadirkan Center of Excellence di Subholding Upstream. Seluruh program yang dilaksanakan oleh Fungsi UI ditujukan untuk mendukung Pertamina Group, PHE, dan seluruh Anak Perusahaan secara berkelanjutan.Upstream Innovation berkontribusi bersama Exploration Technology dan Development & Production dengan memberikan technology solution dalam operasional khususnya lingkungan Subholding Upstream. Technology solution ini meliputi consultation problem solving dan technical advisory yang ditujukan dalam mengatasi permasalahan operasional di lingkungan Subholding Upstream.Dalam meningkatkan value dan portofolio Perusahaan, Fungsi Upstream Innovation juga berperan dalam pengembangan portofolio manajemen dan inkubasi teknologi. Inkubasi teknologi memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan teknologi yang efisien dan terupdate sehingga dapat membantu Perusahaan dalam meningkatkan produksi dan cadangan migas. Untuk memperkaya portofolio dalam hal inkubasi teknologi, Fungsi Upstream Innovation melakukan study/pilot project yang bersifat strategic di antaranya yang berkaitan dengan Low Carbon Technology. Hal ini dikontribusikan melalui Study Strategic Initiatives & Study Innovation Technology, serta pemberian Technical Advisory kepada regional dan zona Subholding Upstream. Fungsi UI juga terus membangun Capability Developmentbagi Pertamina dan PHE. Selain itu, Fungsi UI memberikan dukungan terhadap digitalisasi teknologi yang dikontribusikan melalui Upstream Cloud dan Pertamina Upstream Data Center (PUDC) sebagai pusat data yang terintegrasi, dan Fungsi UI telah memiliki beberapa kategori License Softwaredi antaranya; Software Surface, Subsurface, Well Integrity, Geomechanic untuk menunjang pekerjaan baik di internal Fungsi maupun di Fungsi UBD, Eksplorasi, dan D&P. Upstream Innovation FunctionThe Board of Directors established the Upstream Innovation Function in order to establish a Center of Excellence in the Subholding Upstream. All programs implemented by the UI Function are aimed at supporting Pertamina Group, PHE, and all Subsidiaries on an sustainable basis. The Upstream Innovation contributes together with the Exploration Technology and Development & Production by providing technology solutions in operations, especially within the Subholding Upstream. These technology solutions include problem solving consultation and technical advisory aimed at overcoming operational problems within the Subholding Upstream. In increasing the Company's value and portfolio, the Upstream Innovation Function also plays a role in the development of the technology management and incubation portfolio. Technology incubation plays an important role in creating efficient and updated technology so as to help the Company increase production and oil and gas reserves. To enrich the portfolio in terms of technology incubation, the Upstream Innovation Function conducts strategic study/pilot projects, including those related to Low Carbon Technology. This is contributed through the Study of Strategic Initiatives & Study of Innovation Technology, as well as the provision of Technical Advisory to regions and zones of the Subholding Upstream. The UI Function also continues to build Capability Development for Pertamina and PHE. In addition, the UI Function provides support for the digitalization of technology contributed through Upstream Cloud and Pertamina Upstream Data Center (PUDC) as an integrated data center. And the UI Function already has several License Software categories including; Surface Software, Subsurface, Well Integrity, Geomechanic to support work both internally in the Function and in the UBD, Exploration, and D&P Function.
