Dengan mengandalkan data log waktu nyata dan pemodelan geologi 3D, teknologi ini memungkinkan Perusahaan untuk menyesuaikan lintasan pengeboran secara dinamis guna memastikan pengeboran tetap berada dalam zona produktif, sehingga dapat memaksimalkan contact area dengan reservoir dan meningkatkan recovery factor. Hasilnya, beberapa pengeboran sumur pengembangan berhasil melampaui target produksi awal.Dalam rangka menjaga keandalan operasi pengeboran di lingkungan tekanan dan temperatur tinggi (HPHT - High Pressure High Temperature), Perusahaan juga mengadopsi teknologi Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD). Teknologi ini memberikan kontrol tekanan formasi yang lebih presisi, mengurangi risiko kicks dan loss circulation, serta mempercepat proses pengeboran secara keseluruhan.Pada tahun 2024, Perusahaan melalui salah satu anak perusahaan di Regional 3, memecahkan rekor pengeboran menggunakan teknologi Casing-While-Drilling terdalam di Indonesia untuk operasi darat melalui kolaborasi dan kerjasama dengan Service Company Baker Hughes. Rekor ini menjadi salah satu bukti bahwa Perusahaan tidak pernah berhenti dalam melakukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan performa dan efisiensi dalam kegiatan di Hulu Migas.Di bidang Well Intervention, Perusahaan mengembangkan pendekatan rigless intervention sebagai solusi efisien dalam perawatan dan stimulasi sumur. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi slickline, coiled tubing, dan snubbing unit, aktivitas intervensi dapat dilakukan tanpa memerlukan rig konvensional, sehingga mengurangi biaya dan mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan. Salah satu pencapaian di 2024 untuk Well Intervention adalah percobaan penggunaan Thru-Tubing ESP untuk Monobore Completion, sebagai salah satu breakthrough untuk artificial lift di sumur minyak.Inisiatif program Well Integrity Management System (WIMS)juga menjadi bagian dari upaya strategis dalam menjamin keberlanjutan produksi. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan inspeksi rutin, pemantauan data tekanan, serta evaluasi risiko sumur untuk memastikan kondisi integritas sumur tetap terjaga, terutama pada sumur-sumur tua atau sumur dengan tingkat risiko tinggi.to provide significant contributions in reducing the need for new surface infrastructure development, as well as increasing the economic value of the project while maintaining the safety and sustainability of operations. This technology provides more precise formation pressure control, reduces the risk of kicks and loss of circulation, and speeds up the overall drilling process.In 2024, the Company through one of its subsidiaries in Regional 3 broke drilling record using the deepest Casing-While-Drilling technology in Indonesia for onshore operations through collaborations and cooperation with Service Company Baker Hughes. This record serves as evidence that the Company has never stopped making improvements to increase performance and efficiency in Upstream Oil and Gas activities.In the field of Well Intervention, the Company has been developing a rigless intervention approach as an efficient solution in well maintenance and stimulation. By utilizing slickline, coiled tubing, and snubbing unit technology, intervention activities may be conducted without the need for conventional rigs, thereby reducing costs and expediting implementation time.
