Kebijakan Mutu dan K3Sebagai bagian dari upaya menjaga kinerja mutu proses, produk dan layanan, PHE menerapkan Kebijakan Sistem Manajemen Mutu yang telah disahkan melalui penetapan Direktur Utama tanggal 18 Juli 2024. Keberadaan Kebijakan Sistem Manajemen Mutu mempertegas komitmen PHE untuk dapat mewujudkan aspirasi pemegang saham dalam menghadirkan mutu proses, produk dan layanan yang unggul. Sesuai Kebijakan Sistem Manajemen Mutu, Top Management berkomitmen untuk:1. Mematuhi peraturan dan perundangan yang berlaku, serta persyaratan lainnya terkait Sistem Manajemen Mutu.2. Meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi penerapan sistem dan proses kerja melalui kegiatan Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) yang mampu menciptakan nilai tambah bagi Perusahaan, mendorong proses replikasi, dan komersialisasi hasil improvement dan inovasi di lingkungan Subholding Upstream.3. Menerapkan integrasi sistem manajemen, standarisasi, implementasi dan/atau sertifikasi kesisteman berbasis risiko, serta manajemen korespondensi yang mendukung penguatan proses bisnis Perusahaan dalam memenuhi harapan pemangku kepentingan. 4. Menciptakan, mendistribusikan, menyimpan, menggunakan, dan melindungi aset pengetahuan Perusahaan melalui implementasi manajemen pengetahuan yang efektif dan membangun ekosistem berbagi pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif Perusahaan.5. Memastikan terwujudnya proses dan kinerja unggul Perusahaan melalui implementasi persyaratan Kriteria Kinerja Ekselen Pertamina (KKEP) secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan.6. Menyediakan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan dalam menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Mutu yang efektif, membina, dan meningkatkan kompetensi pekerja untuk menjamin kualitas pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu di lingkungan Subholding Upstream sebagai salah satu pilar utama pencapaian visi Perusahaan.PHE menjalankan Kebijakan Sistem Manajemen Mutu melalui pengelolaan 4 (empat) Pilar Quality Management yaitu Program Perbaikan Berkelanjutan (Continuous Improvement Program - CIP), Manajemen Sistem Standar (System Standard Management - SSM), Pengelolaan Pengetahuan Perusahaan (Knowledge Management - KM), dan Penilaian Manajemen Mutu (Quality Management Assessment - QMA). Pengelolaan 4 (empat) Pilar Quality Management diharapkan menjadi salah satu pendukung upaya pencapaian visi dan misi Perusahaan. Selain itu, PHE selaku Subholding Upstream berkomitmen untuk melaksanakan kegiatan Operasi dengan memperhatikan aspek Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja, Keamanan, Pelindungan terhadap Lingkungan dan Masyarakat serta keselamatan Proses dan Asset Integrity secara terus-menerus sebagai prioritas utama Perusahaan sesuai dengan tata nilai Perusahaan untuk mendukung tercapainya Tujuan, Visi, dan Misi Perusahaan. Hal dan upaya pencapaian ini tertuang pada kebijakan Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) PT PHE Subholding Upstream.Quality Policy and Occupational Health and Safety As a part of the effort to protect the quality performance of processes, products, and services, PHE implements a Quality Management System Policy that has been authenticated by a stipulation of the President Director dated July 18, 2024. The presence of the Quality Management System Policy affirms PHE%u2019s commitment to manifesting its shareholders%u2019 aspirations to bring excellent quality of processes, products, and services. In compliance with the Quality Management System Policy, the Top Management is committed to:1. Adhering to the applicable laws and regulations, as well as other requirements related to the Quality Management System.2. Enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the work system and process through Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) activities that are capable of creating added value for the Company, supporting the replication process, and commercializing the result of improvement and innovation within the Subholding Upstream. 3. Integrating management system, standardization, implementation, and/or risk-based systemization certification, as well as managing correspondence that promotes the strengthening of the Company%u2019s business process in fulfilling stakeholders%u2019 expectations.4. Creating, distributing, storing, using, and protecting scientific knowledge of the Company through the implementation of effective knowledge management and building a knowledgesharing ecosystem to increase the competitive advantages of the Company.5. Ensuring the manifestation of excellent processes and performance of the Company through the implementation of Pertamina Excellent Performance Criteria (KKEP) in a consistent and sustainable manner.6. Providing the required resources to implement an effective Quality Management System and fostering and enhancing the competence of workers to ensure the quality of implementation of Quality Management System within the Subholding Upstream as one of the main pillars to achieve the Company%u2019s vision. PHE operates the Quality Management System Policy through the management of 4 (four) Quality Management Pillars, namely Continuous Improvement Program (CIP), System Standard Management (SSM), Knowledge Management (KM), and Quality Management Assessment (QMA). The management of the 4 (four) Quality Management Pillars is expected to be one of the supporters in the effort to achieve the vision and missions of the Company. Besides that, as the Subholding Upstream, PHE is committed to performing its Operational activities by paying attention to the aspects of Occupational Health and Safety, Security, Protection of Environment and Society, as well as Process safety and Asset Integrity sustainably, as the main priority of the Company according to the values of the Company to support the achievement of Purpose, Vision, and Missions of the Company.
