Pada tahun 2023, telah ditandatangani 3 Wilayah Kerja (WK) eksplorasi baru di Indonesia yaitu WK East Natuna, WK Peri Mahakam dan WK Bunga, dengan estimasi total potensi sumber daya sebesar 4,9 BBOE. Tiga WK tersebut diperoleh sebagai hasil dari studi dan evaluasi data kegiatan Komitmen Kerja Pasti (KKP) Jambi Merang di Wilayah Terbuka. Selain itu, Penambahan Wilayah Kerja (WK) Baru di Malaysia yaitu WK SK-510, dengan estimasi total potensi sumber daya sebersar 6.6 TCF, sudah memasuki tahap diskusi Joint Venture (JV) dan persiapan penandatangan PSC & JOA pada bulan Januari 2024. Penambahan WK Baru tersebut menjadi harapan baru untuk kegiatan eksplorasi PHE di luar dari WK yang sudah ada.PHE telah berhasil mendapatkan wilayah kerja baru yang merupakan aset Produksi dan Development, dengan rincian sebagai berikut:1. Proyek Mamberano Akuisisi Participating Interest Shell sebesar 20% pada BlokMasela di Indonesia. SPA telah ditandatangani pada tanggal 25Juli 2023, dan telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari KementrianESDM pada tanggal 4 Oktober 2023. Proyek ini memiliki potensi sumber daya 2C sebesar 571 MMBOE. 2. Proyek SaluangMerupakan perpanjangan pengelolaan Blok 405A Algeriasebesar 45.5% yang terdiri dari lapangan MLN, unitisasiOurhood dan unitisasi EMK. Telah dilaksanakan pendantanganan perpanjangan kontrak baru antara SONATRACH, Pertamina dan REPSOL pada tanggal 15 Juni 2023. Proyek ini memiliki memiliki cadangan 2P sebesar 71 MMBOE.In 2023, three new Exploration Working Areas (WK) were signed in Indonesia, namely East Natuna Block, Peri Mahakam Block, and Bunga Block, with an estimated total resource potential of 4.9 BBOE. These three Blocks were obtained as a result of studies and data evaluation from the Definite Work Commitment (KKP) activities in the Jambi Merang Open Area. Additionally, the addition of a new Working Area (WK) in Malaysia, namely SK-510 Block, with an estimated total resource potential of 6.6 TCF, has entered the Joint Venture (JV) discussion stage and preparation for the signing of PSC & JOA in January 2024. The addition of the new Blocks represents new prospects for PHE%u2019s exploration activities beyond the existing Blocks.PHE has successfully acquired new working areas that are Production and Development assets, detailed as follows:1. Mamberano ProjectAcquisition of a 20% Participating Interest from Shell in theMasela Block in Indonesia. A new contract extension agreement wasexecuted between SONATRACH, Pertamina, and REPSOL onJune 15, 2023.
