KEBIJAKAN STRATEGIS PHE DAN SINERGI DALAM KELOMPOK USAHA PERTAMINAPHE STRATEGIC POLICY AND SYNERGY IN PERTAMINA BUSINESS GROUPSubholding Upstream efektif pada tanggal 1 April 2021 dan mendapat persetujuan legal end state pada bulan September 2021. Melalui implementasi organisasi Subholding Upstream, peran PHE sebagai Anak Perusahaan stand alone dari Pertamina, berubah menjadi Subholding Upstream serta berdampak juga pada aktivitas yang ada pada PHE stand alone dan beberapa Anak Perusahaan Hulu lainnya. Sejalan dengan peran baru tersebut, PHE Subholding Upstream memiliki komitmen untuk terus melakukan eksplorasi, baik di existing asset maupun area frontier atau new venture.Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, Perusahaan melakukan kegiatan eksplorasi yang masif dan agresif. Selain itu, Perusahaan juga memanfaatkan teknologi terkini dalam kegiatan eksplorasi migas. Tidak hanya melakukan eksplorasi dari sisi migas saja, PHE Subholding Upstream juga mengeksplorasi potensi-potensi lainnya seperti di antaranya pemanfaatan teknologi terkini untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, mengembangkan sumber daya manusia (SDM), terus berinovasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja, hingga menjalankan sinergi dan kolaborasi dengan AP maupun pemangku kepentingan strategis lainnya.Menggali Potensi Sumber Daya MigasProspek sektor hulu minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia masih cukup bagus, sehingga eksplorasi perlu dioptimalkan. Kebijakan pemerintah melalui regulasi yang memberikan insentif fiskal dan perizinan akan memudahkan atau memberikan peluang bagi Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) dalam mendukung peningkatan produksi migas nasional. Oleh sebab itu, PHE terus melakukan pengeboran eksplorasi yang masif dan agresif untuk menambah temuan sumber daya baru migas guna menjaga keberlanjutan bisnis hulu migas dan ketahanan energi nasional.Perusahaan mengembangkan strategi eksplorasi melalui inisiatif berikut:%u2022 Pencapaian World Class Company: Menetapkan visi Exploration PHE untuk mencapai status World Class Company dengan peningkatan volume temuan sumber daya sebagai target utama.%u2022 Optimasi Portfolio Exploration:Bertanggung jawab mencapai keseimbangan optimal antara Near Field Exploration dan eksplorasi di Emerging & Frontier Area, dengan sasaran temuan rata-rata per sumur > 50 MMBOE pada tahun 2027.Subholding Upstream became effective on April 1, 2021, and received end state legal approval in September 2021. Through the implementation of the Subholding Upstream organization, PHE%u2019s role as Pertamina%u2019s stand alone subsidiary changed to Subholding Upstream and also had an impact on PHE stand alone activities and several other Upstream Subsidiaries. In line with such new role, PHE Subholding Upstream has the commitment to continue exploring, both in existing assets as well as frontier or new venture areas.In recent years, the Company has carried out massive and aggressive exploration activities. In addition, the Company has also utilized the latest technology in oil and gas exploration activities. In addition to exploration of oil and gas, PHE Subholding Upstream has also been exploring other potentials such as the use of the latest technology to increase efficiency, developing human resources (HR), continuing to innovate to improve work efficiency and effectiveness, creating synergies and engaging in collaborations with AP and other strategic stakeholders.Explore the Potential of Oil and Gas ResourcesThe upstream oil and gas sector prospect in Indonesia is still quite promising, hence exploration needs to be optimized. Government policies through regulations that provide fiscal and permits incentives are expected to facilitate or provide opportunities for Cooperation Contract Contractors (KKKS) in the context of supporting to increase national oil and gas production.
