Melalui implementasi organisasi Subholding Upstream, peran PHE sebagai AP PHE PERTAMINA berubah menjadi Subholding Upstream serta berdampak juga pada aktivitas yang ada pada AP PHE sebelumnya dan beberapa Anak Perusahaan Hulu lainnya. Sejalan dengan peran baru tersebut, PHE Subholding Upstream memiliki komitmen untuk terus melakukan eksplorasi, baik di existing asset maupun area frontier atau new venture. Sepanjang tahun 2022, Perusahaan melakukan kegiatan eksplorasi yang masif dan agresif. Selain itu, Perusahaan juga memanfaatkan teknologi Subholding Upstream became effective on 1 April 2021 and received legal end-state approval in September 2021. PHE%u2019s role as PHE PERTAMINA SUBSIDIARY changed to Subholding Upstream due to the implementation of the Subholding Upstream organization, which also affected the activities of the previous PHE Subsidiary and several other Upstream Subsidiaries. PHE Subholding Upstream is committed to continuing exploration in both existing assets and frontier areas, as well as in new ventures, in accordance with its new role. The Company conducted extensive and aggressive exploration throughout 2022. In addition, the Company employs the latest technologies in its oil and gas exploration activities.
