Jabung PSC ExtensionBerdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Republik Indonesia No. 219.K/HK.02/MEM.M/2021 tanggal 9 November 2021 menetapkan untuk melakukan perpanjangan kontrak PSC selama lima tahun sejak berakhirnya masa perjanjian tanggal 27 Februari 2023.Based on the Decree of the Indonesian Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 219.K/HK.02/MEM.M/2021 dated November 9, 2021 assign to extend PSC contract for five years from the end of the agreement period on February 27, 2023.b. Pemerintah Republik Indonesia telah menunjuk PT Bumi Siak Pusako sebagai operator tunggal dengan participating interest 100% sehingga PHE CPP tidak lagi memiliki participating interest setelah PSC berakhir.The CPP Block PSC expired on August 9, 2022. The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has appointed PT Bumi Siak Pusako as the sole operator with a 100% participating interest hence PHE CPP no longer has any participating interest after the PSC was terminated.c. Farm out Agreement Blok South East Jambi c. Farm out Agreement South East Jambi BlockPada tanggal 26 Februari 2020, PHE South East Jambi menandatangani farm out agreementdengan Moeco South East Jambi BV dan Repsol Exploration, sehingga kepemilikan PHE South East Jambi sebesar 27%. KBH Blok South East Jambi berlaku efektif sejak tanggal 17 Juli 2018 dengan jangka waktu kontrak 30 tahun.On February 26, 2020, PHE South East Jambi signed a farm out agreement with Moeco South East Jambi BV and Repsol Exploration, therefore the participating interest PHE South East Jambi at South East Jambi block is 27%. The PSC South EastJambi Block has been effective since July 17, 2018 with the contract period of 30 years.d. KBH Gross Split Blok Corridor d. Corridor Gross Split PSCPada tanggal 11 November 2019, PHE Corridor menandatangani KBH Gross Split Blok Corridor dengan jangka waktu kontrak 20 tahun, yang berlaku efektif sejak tanggal 20 Desember 2023.On November 11, 2019, PHE Corridor signed the Corridor Block Gross Split PSC for a contract period of 20 years, which became effective from the date of December 20, 2023.e. KBH Blok B pasca terminasi e. B Block PSC after terminationKBH %u201cB%u201d berakhir pada tanggal 3 Oktober 2018. Pada tanggal 25 September 2018, Pemerintah melalui Badan Pengelola Migas Aceh (BPMA) menunjuk PHE NSB sebagai pengelola Wilayah Kerja %u201cB%u201d selama 6 (enam) bulan terhitung sejak tanggal 4 Oktober 2018 atau sampai KBH baru ditandatangani, mana yang terjadi lebih dahulu, dengan bentuk dan ketentuan-ketentuan pokok KBH sesuai dengan Wilayah Kerja %u201cB%u201d saat ini.%u201cB%u201d PSC expired on October 3, 2018. On September 25, 2018, the Government through the Aceh Oil and Gas Management Agency (BPMA) assigned existing contractor to temporarily manage the %u201cB%u201d contract area for a period 6 (six) months starting from October 4, 2018 or until the new PSC is signed, whichever occurs earlier, with the main form and provisions of the PSC in accordance with the current %u201cB%u201d contract area.Mengacu kepada Surat Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Republik Indonesia, No. 116/13/MEM.M/2019, tanggal 1 April 2019, telah dilakukan perpanjangan kontrak sementara kedua selama 6 (enam) bulan terhitung sejak tanggal 4 April 2019 atau sampai dengan KBH baru ditandatangani, mana yang terjadi terlebih dahulu.By reference to the letter from Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, No. 116/13/MEM.M/2019, dated April 1, 2019, the second temporary contract extension has been signed for 6 (six) months starting from April 4, 2019or until the new PSC is signed, whichever occurs earlier.
