Lingkup proyek adalah pemboran 7 sumur infill beserta pemasangan flowline di lapangan Mutiara dan Pamaguan. Persetujuan FID bulan Oktober 2022.Sampai dengan 31 Desember 2022, ongoing drilling: MUT 321 (MUT F3) dan M-323 (MUT 953 OS) dan flowline MUT-DA2: in progress 15,8%.Continuing PHSS production with additional reserves of 4,8 billion cubic feet of oil and condensate wellhead gas. The project entails the drilling of 7 infill wells in the Mutiara and Pamaguan fields and the installation of flowlines. FID was approved in October 2022.As of 31 December 2022, ongoing drilling: MUT 321 (MUT F3) and M-323 (MUT 953 OS) and MUT-DA2 flowline: in progress at 15.8%.Pengembangan North Sisi dan North Nubi (NSNN)North Sisi and North Nubi Development (NSNN)Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memproduksi cadangan hidrokarbon dari Lapangan North Sisi dan North Nubi yang tidak terjangkau dari anjungan eksisting untuk menjaga kesinambungan produksi dari wilayah Sisi Nubi, dengan tambahan cadangan gas direncanakan sebesar 93 BSCF dan 1,57 MMSTB kondensat. Lingkup proyek adalah pemboran dan well connection 12 sumur, pembangunan 2 anjungan baru, pembangunan 2 subsea pipeline 10%u201d, dan pekerjaan tie-in ke 2 anjungan eksisting.Sampai dengan 31 Desember 2022, telah diperoleh progress sebagai berikut:%u2022 Rencana tajak RKAP 2022: 10 sumur, realisasi tajak : 12 sumur.%u2022 Seluruh lingkup pemboran dan koneksi sumur telah selesai, dan pekerjaan perforasi/clean up on going : SS-304, NB-401/406.This activity aims to produce hydrocarbon reserves from the North Sisi and North Nubi Fields that are inaccessible from existing platforms in order to maintain production continuity in the Sisi Nubi area. Additional gas reserves of 93 BSCFD and 1.57 MMSTB of condensate are planned. The project entails the drilling and connection of 12 wells, the construction of 2 new platforms, the installation of 2 10-inch subsea pipelines, and the connection of 2 existing platforms.As of December 31 2022, the following progress has been obtained:%u2022 Planned RKAP 2022: 10 wells, realized pitch: 12 wells.%u2022 The entire scope of well drilling and connection has been completed, and perforation/clean up work is on going for SS-304, NB-401/406.Optimasi Pengembangan Lapangan-lapangan (OPLL) Wilayah Kerja EKALEKAL Working Area Field Development Optimization (OPLL)Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk: %u2022 Meningkatkan produksi dan cadangan lapangan-lapangan EKAL melalui sumur-sumur pengembangan dengan cadangan minyak 9 MMBO dan gas 130 BSCF.%u2022 Menjamin pasokan fuel gas ke kilang RU-V Balikpapan sebagai bagian dari sinergi antar anak usaha dan kontribusi terhadap ketahanan energi nasional.%u2022 Mempertahankan operasional lapangan yang memerlukan tambahan gas lift untuk mengangkat produksi likuidnya seperti di Sepinggan dan Santan.%u2022 Lingkup proyek adalah 30 sumur pengembangan (19 sumur area utara, 11 sumur area Selatan), workover 72 sumur, dan modifikasi fasilitas produksi 12 item pekerjaan.Sampai dengan 31 Desember 2022, telah berprogres sebagai berikut:%u2022 Pemboran : Plan Spud = 7 sumur (4 STA, 2 YKN, 1 SAPI) vs Actual = 12 sumur (1 YKN, 6 SAPI, 5 STA).%u2022 Workover : Plan 10 sumur vs Actual = 15 sumur.%u2022 Terdapat optimasi dan akselerasi pengeboran SAPI dan jumlah WO aktual lebih tinggi dari yang direncanakan (Plan 10 vs Actual 15).This activity aims to:%u2022 Increase production and reserves of EKAL fields via development wells containing 9 MMBO of oil reserves and 130 BSCF of gas reserves.%u2022 Guarantee the supply of fuel gas to the RU-V Balikpapan refinery as part of the synergy between subsidiaries and contribution to national energy security.%u2022 Maintain field operations in Sepinggan and Santan that require additional gas lifts to increase their liquid production.%u2022 The project scope encompasses 30 development wells (19 wells in the north area and 11 wells in the south area), 72 workover wells, and 12 work items for production facility modifications.As of December 31, 2022, the following progress has been made:%u2022 Drilling : Plan Spud = 7 wells (4 STA, 2 YKN, 1 SAPI) vs Actual = 12 wells (1 YKN, 6 SAPI, 5 STA).%u2022 Workover : Plan 10 wells vs Actual = 15 wells.%u2022 SAPI drilling was optimized and accelerated, and the actual number of WO is greater than anticipated (Plan 10 vs Actual 15).OPLL 2A WK Mahakam Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melanjutkan pengembangan WK Mahakam di lapangan Handil, Sisi Nubi, South Mahakam, dan Bekapai dengan penambahan kumulatif produksi gas sebesar 85,6 BSCF dan minyak serta kondensat sebesar 5,1 MMBBL. Selain itu proyek ini juga diharapkan untuk menahan laju penurunan produksi melalui pemboran sumur baru. Lingkup proyek ini adalah pemboran 56 sumur beserta well connection.Realisasi fisik proyek ITD Desember 2022 adalah sebesar 58% dari rencana sebesar 58% (on track). Sesuai RKAP 2022, rencana sumur tajak adalah 21 sumur dengan realisasi sebanyak 26 sumur pada Desember 2022.This activity aims to continue the development of the Mahakam WK in the Handil, Sisi Nubi, South Mahakam, and Bekapai fields with a cumulative increase in gas production of 85,6 BSCFD and oil and condensate production of 5.1 MMBBL. In addition, it is anticipated that this project will be able to withstand the rate of production decline caused by new well drilling. This project entails drilling 56 wells and connecting them together.The actual completion rate of the December 2022 ITD project was 58%, as opposed to the planned 58% (on track).
