Di bawah pimpinan VP D&P Technical Excellence & Coordination, Fungsi DTEC terdiri dari tujuh sub fungsi, yakni Development Geology, Development Geophysics, Reservoir, Drilling & Well, Production & Operation, Project Engineering & Management, serta Planning & Evaluation.Untuk mendukung proyek pengembangan, selama tahun 2022, dilakukan pra-studi kelayakan (pre-feasibility study/pre-FS) dan studi kelayakan (FS). Proses Pra-FS/FS mengikuti tahapan-tahapan dalam Pertamina Upstream Development Way (PUDW). Pada proses Pra-FS/FS, Fungsi DTEC bertanggung jawab pada tahap inisiasi, tahap kajian lanjut, hingga mendapatkan persetujuan Final Investment Decision (FID). Di tahun 2022, realisasi dari proses Pre-FS/FS mencapai persetujuan FID sejumlah 106 proyek Business Development(BD) dan 970 proyek Non-Business Development (NBD), sehingga dapat segera dilakukan tahap eksekusi. Sebanyak 79 proyek telah memasuki tahap kajian lanjut pada akhir tahun 2022. The DTEC Function, which reports to the VP D&P Technical Excellence & Coordination, is made up of seven sub-functions: Development Geology, Development Geophysics, Reservoir, Drilling & Well, Production & Operation, Project Engineering & Management, and Planning & Evaluation.In 2022, a pre-feasibility study (pre-FS) and feasibility study (FS) were conducted to support development projects. The Pre-FS/FS procedure adheres to the Pertamina Upstream Development Way (PUDW). The DTEC function is responsible for the Pre-FS/FS process's initiation, further study, and approval of the Final Investment Decision (FID).In 2022, the implementation of the Pre-FS/FS process have resulted in FID approval for a total of 106 Business Development (BD) projects and 970 Non-Business Development (NBD) projects, enabling immediate execution. By the end of 2022, a total of 79 projects had entered advanced study. Several accomplishments of the DTEC Function in enhancing project management performance during the planning phase of 2022 are listed in the table below.
