                                    Strategi KeberlanjutanSustainability StrategyPHE Subholding Upstream memahami pentingnya keberlanjutan sebagai fondasi utama dalam operasional dan pertumbuhan perusahaan. Strategi keberlanjutan PHE Subholding Upstream dirancang untuk menciptakan keseimbangan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi, pelestarian lingkungan, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Perusahaan menetapkan strategi keberlanjutan mengacu pada Kebijakan Keberlanjutan PT Pertamina (Persero) sebagai perusahaan holding. Berdasarkan kebijakan tersebut strategi keberlanjutan PHE Subholding Upstream disusun dengan menggunakan metode 4Ps yaitu penyusunan kebijakan, pelaksanaan program, pengukuran dan monitoring kinerja, publikasi kinerja dan rating. Membangun Budaya Keberlanjutan [OJK F.1]Strategi Keberlanjutan PHE Subholding Upstream dibangun berlandaskan Budaya Keberlanjutan. Budaya keberlanjutan PHE Subholding Upstream mengacu kepada Nilai-nilai Inti (core value) Perusahaan yaitu AKHLAK (Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, Kolaboratif). Budaya keberlanjutan diinternalisasikan melalui kegiatan pembuatan KPI Keberlanjutan, mempromosikan kegiatan-kegiatan sustainable practices seperti efisiensi penggunaan energi, kebiasaan hemat air, meminimalisasi limbah, termasuk pengukuran dan pemantauan penurunan emisi GRK. Beberapa kegiatan yang telah dilakukan oleh Perusahaan dalam membangun budaya keberlanjutan diantaranya adalah secara rutin mengadakan pelatihan terkait keberlanjutan, menginternalisasikan penerapan ESG Perusahaan di kalangan pekerja, memastikan PHE Subholding Upstream recognizes the importance of sustainability as the main foundation in the company's operations and growth. PHE Subholding Upstream's sustainability strategy is designed to create a balance between economic growth, environmental conservation, and social responsibility. We have established our sustainability strategy referring to the Sustainability Policy of PT Pertamina (Persero) as holding company. Based on such policy, PHE Subholding Upstream's sustainability strategy has been formulated using the 4Ps method, namely policy formulation, program implementation, performance measurement and monitoring, as well as performance publication and rating. Building a Culture of Sustainability [OJK F.1]PHE Subholding Upstream's Sustainability Strategy has been built on a Culture of Sustainability. PHE Subholding Upstream's sustainability culture refers to the Company's core values, namely AKHLAK (Trustworthy, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, Collaborative). The culture of sustainability has been internalized through the development of Sustainability KPIs, promoting sustainable practice activities such as energy use efficiency, water saving habits, minimizing waste, as well as measuring and monitoring GHG emission reductions.
