Siklus laporan tahunan ini memungkinkan untuk menilai kinerja keberlanjutan secara teratur, mengidentifikasi area untuk peningkatan, dan membagikan progres Perusahaan dengan stakeholder. Melalui laporan ini, Perusahaan berharap para pemangku kepentingan bisa memperoleh gambaran lebih menyeluruh dan terbuka mengenai segala akitivitas serta perkembangan kegiatan pembangunan berkelanjutan yang telah dijalankan oleh Perusahaan untuk periode 1 Januari 2023 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2023.Entitas yang Dicakup Dalam Laporan Keberlanjutan [GRI 2-2]Informasi dalam Laporan Keberlanjutan ini mengungkap kegiatan tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan serta dampak ekonomi Perusahaan yang mencakup informasi kinerja keberlanjutan dari seluruh Anak Perusahaan sektor hulu migas yang terbagi menjadi 5 regional, 2 AP services, PT Badak NGL, serta perusahaan afiliasi. Mendefinisikan Isi Laporan dan Batasan Topik[GRI 3-1]Dalam menyusun Laporan Keberlanjutan, Perusahaan menerapkan prinsip dalam menentukan isi laporan keberlanjutan. Penerapan keempat prinsip ini akan sangat menentukan kualitas dari Laporan Keberlanjutan. Empat prinsip tersebut antara lain:%u2022 Pelibatan pemangku kepentingan, yaitu melibatkan pemangku kepentingan dalam penentuan aspek material yang diungkapkan dalam laporan ini;%u2022 Konteks keberlanjutan, yaitu mengintegrasikan keberlanjutan dalam strategi dan aktivitas Perusahaan yang bertujuan untuk menyajikan kinerja organisasi dalam kaitannya dengan konsep keberlanjutan yang lebih luas;%u2022 Materialitas, yaitu isi laporan harus menyajikan dampak ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan yang signifikan/material yang dapat mempengaruhi penilaian dan keputusan para pemangku kepentingan;%u2022 Kelengkapan, yaitu laporan ini disusun dengan ruang lingkup yang jelas untuk periode laporan 2023 serta didukung dengan data yang lengkap dan signifikan.Prinsip pembuatan Laporan Keberlanjutan tersebut menjadi dasar Perusahaan dalam menentukan topik material. Topik material merupakan topik yang mewakili dampak organisasi yang paling signifikan terhadap ekonomi, lingkungan, dan manusia, termasuk dampak terhadap hak asasi manusia. Penentuan topik material juga menjadi dasar bagi Perusahaan dalam menyusun strategi keberlanjutan dan mengevaluasi progress dan kinerja keberlanjutan Perusahaan. Such annual report cycle enables us to assess sustainability performance on a regular basis, identify areas for improvement, and share our progress with stakeholders. It is expected that through report, our stakeholders will be able to obtain a more comprehensive and transparent idea about all activities and development of sustainable development activities undertaken by the Company in the period of January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.Entities Included in the Sustainability Report [GRI 2-2]Information in this Sustainability Report describes the Company%u2019s social and environmental responsibility as well as its economic impact, including information on the sustainability performance of all upstream oil and gas sector subsidiaries consisting of 5 regional branches, 2 AP Services, PT Badak NGL, and affiliated companies. Definition of the Contents of the Report and Topic Boundaries [GRI 3-1]In preparing the Sustainability Report, the Company applies principles to determine the content of the sustainability report. The application of these four principles will highly determine the quality of Sustainability Report. These four principles include:%u2022 Stakeholder engagement, involving stakeholders in determining the material aspects disclosed in this report;%u2022 Sustainability context, integrating sustainability into the Company's strategy and activities, aimed at presenting organizational performance in relation to a broader sustainability concept;%u2022 Materiality, ensuring that the report content presents significant economic, social, and environmental impacts/materials that can influence the assessment and decisions of stakeholders;%u2022 Completeness, the report is compiled with a clear scope for the 2023 reporting period and supported by comprehensive and significant data.The aforementioned principles of preparing the Sustainability Report have served as a basis for the Company in determining the material topic.
