Keberadaan PHE Subholding Upstream untuk Kesejahteraan MasyarakatThe Presence of PHE Subholding Upstream for Community Welfare 11DEB Kampar CommunityDesa Energi ini dikembangkan pada program biogas PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan di Desa Mukti Sari, Kecamatan Tapung, Kabupaten Kampar. Pengembangan DEB ini dilatarbelakangi banyaknya peternakan masyarakat yang menghasilkan kotoran hewan ternak dan berpotensi dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber EBT. Sebanyak 20 unit reaktor biogas dengan total kapasitas 150m3 dikembangkan sebagai sumber energi alternatif untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga komunitas dan berpotensi mereduksi emisi sekitar 47,73 ton CO2eq/tahun serta memberikan penghematan ekonomi sebesar Rp15 juta/tahun. Sementara itu residu dari reaktor biogas dimanfaatkan kembali sebagai produk turunan dari biogas berupa pupuk cair maupun padat untuk budidaya sayur dan tanaman.DEB Kampar CommunityDEB Kampar Community is developed under the biogas program of PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan in Mukti Sari Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The development of this DEB is motivated by the presence of numerous community livestock farms that produce animal waste, which has the potential to be utilized as a source of renewable energy. A total of 20 biogas reactors with a combined capacity of 150m3 are developed as an alternative energy source for household needs within the community, potentially reducing emissions by approximately 47.73 tons CO2eq/year and providing economic savings of IDR15 million/year. Additionally, the residue from the biogas reactors is reused as byproducts such as liquid and solid fertilizers for vegetable and crop cultivation.2DEB Rumbai Barat CommunityDesa Energi ini sama halnya sebagaimana DEB Kampar Community yang dikembangkan pula oleh PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan. Pemanfaatan EBT reaktor biogas berbasis kotoran hewan terus didorong sebagai sumber energi alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga. Sebanyak 1 reaktor biogas berkapasitas 15 m3 dikembangkan di Kelurahan Maharani, Kecamatan Rumbai Barat, Kota Pekanbaru dan berpotensi mereduksi emisi sebesar 4,77 ton CO2eq/tahun serta memberikan penghematan ekonomi kurang lebih Rp1,5 juta/tahun. Selain itu residu reaktor biogas diolah kembali menjadi pupuk cair maupun padat yang bernilai jual.DEB Rumbai Barat CommunityDEB Rumbai Barat Community is similar to the DEB Kampar Community, also developed by PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan. A single biogas reactor with a capacity of 15 m3 is developed in Maharani Subdistrict, West Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City, and has the potential to reduce emissions by approximately 4.77 tons CO2eq/year, as well as provide economic savings of approximately IDR1.5 million/year.
