Production Sharing ContractsKontrak Bagi Hasil (%u201cKBH%u201d) dibuat oleh kontraktorKBH dengan Pemerintah melalui Satuan KerjaKhusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyakdan Gas Bumi (%u201cSKK Migas%u201d - sebelumnya BadanPelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan GasBumi/%u201cBP MIGAS%u201d) untuk jangka waktu kontrakantara 20-30 tahun. Periode tersebut dapatdiperpanjang sesuai dengan peraturan yangberlaku.Production Sharing Contracts (%u201cPSCs%u201d) are enteredinto by PSC contractors with the Government throughthe Special Task Force For Upstream Oil and GasBusiness Activities (%u201cSKK Migas%u201d - formerly Oil andGas Upstream Activities Agency/%u201cBP MIGAS%u201d) actingon behalf of the Government for a period of 20-30years. Crude oil and natural gas production sharingPembagian hasil produksi minyak mentahdan gas bumi dihitung secara tahunan, yangmerupakan jumlah lifting minyak mentah dangas bumi setiap periode yang berakhir padatanggal 31 Desember setelah dikurangikredit investasi, First Tranche Petroleum(%u201cFTP%u201d) dan cost recovery.Equity crude oil and natural gas production isdetermined annually, representing the totalliftings of crude oil and natural gas in each periodended December 31 net of investment credit,First Tranche Petroleum (%u201cFTP%u201d) and costrecovery.Kontraktor KBH dikenai pajak ataspendapatan kena pajak dari kegiatan KBHberdasarkan bagian kontraktor atas hasilproduksi minyak mentah dan gas bumi,dikurangi bonus-bonus, dengan tarif pajakpenghasilan gabungan yang terdiri daripajak penghasilan dan pajak dividen.The PSC contractors are subject to tax on theirtaxable income from their PSC operations basedon their share of equity crude oil and natural gasproduction, less bonuses, at a combined ratecomprising corporate income tax and dividendtax.
