On-Going Business Risk ManagementRisiko On-Going Business (OGB) adalah risiko yang berpotensi terjadi akibat serangkaian kegiatan sesuai dengan proses bisnis Perusahaan berdasarkan prinsip kelangsungan usaha (going concern). Pada tahun 2024 dilakukan risk assessment untuk menentukan Risk Register OGB 2025 dan ditetapkan 7 (tujuh) risk event yang teridentifikasi di Fungsi IT dan dinilai secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan objektif (KPI) Pertamina %u201cTidak Tercapainya IT Service Excellence.%u201dInformation Security Risk ManagementInformation Security Risk (Risiko Keamanan Informasi) adalah risiko terkait keamanan informasi. Dalam Risk Register Information Security tahun 2024, terdapat 48 (empat puluh delapan) risk event yang teridentifikasi di Fungsi IT terkait keamanan informasi. Risiko tersebut telah berhasil dilakukan mitigasi dan masuk ke dalam komponen audit ISMS. Disruptive Risk Assessment (DRA)Disruptive Risk Assessment (DRA) adalah kegiatan yang khusus menilai risiko dalam kondisi disaster. DRA Fungsi IT disusun sebagai bagian dari dokumen Business Continuity Management System. Pada tahun 2024, terdapat 7 (tujuh) risk event yang teridentifikasi dalam Disruptive Risk Assessment, di mana risk event tersebut berkaitan dengan proses bisnis pengelolaan informasi Perusahaan, pengelolaan dukungan layanan teknologi informasi dan pengelolaan risiko dan keamanan teknologi informasi yang berpotensi terjadi akibat bencana alam, bencana non-alam, ataupun bencana sosial. Internal Control Over Financial Statement %u2013 IT General Control (ICoFR-ITGC)IT General Control (ITGC) merupakan pengendalian yang dilakukan pada proses teknologi informasi yang memengaruhi pencatatan, analisis, dan pelaporan keuangan. Pada tahun 2024, terdapat 30 (tiga puluh) Business Process Model (BPM) dan 34 (tiga puluh empat) risk control matrix (RCM) ITGC. Fungsi IT PHE memenuhi sepenuhnya untuk pemenuhan ICoFR pada tahun 2024. Customer Satisfaction Index SurveyTingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan (Customer Satisfaction Index) atas layanan IT pada tahun 2024 mencapai skor 4,38 dari skala 5 (melebihi target tahun 2024 yaitu skor 4). Peningkatan Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. In the 2024 Information Security Risk Register, there are 48 (forty-eight) risk events identified in the IT Function related to information security. These risks have been successfully mitigated and included in the ISMS audit component.Disruptive Risk Assessment (DRA)Disruptive Risk Assessment(DRA) is an activity that specifically assesses risks in disaster conditions. The IT Function DRA is prepared as part of the Business Continuity Management System document. In 2024, there were 7 (seven) risk events identified in the Disruptive Risk Assessment, where the risk events were related to the Company's information management business process, management of information technology service support and management of information technology risks and security that could potentially occur due to natural disasters, non-natural disasters, or social disasters.Internal Control Over Financial Statements %u2013 IT General Control (ICoFR-ITGC)IT General Control(ITGC) is a control conducted on information technology processes that affect financial recording, analysis, and reporting. In 2024, there are 30 (thirty) Business Process Models (BPM) and 34 (thirty-four) ITGC risk control matrices (RCM). PHE's IT function fully meets the requirements for ICoFR in 2024.Customer Satisfaction Index SurveyThe Customer Satisfaction Index for IT services in 2024 reached a score of 4.38 on a scale of 5 (exceeding the 2024 target of 4).
