Per 31 Desember 2024, Perusahaan telah mengeluarkan saham sebanyak 396.225.242.340 lembar saham yang dimiliki PT Pertamina (Persero) sebanyak 396.212.442.340 lembar saham atau 99,9968%, dan PT Pertamina Pedeve Indonesia sebanyak 12.800.000 lembar saham atau 0,0032%.Sepanjang tahun 2024, Perusahaan tidak melakukan aksi korporasi yang menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan pada saham. Namun demikian, pada tahun 2022, berdasarkan keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa pada tanggal 2 November 2022, telah diputuskan Perusahaan melakukan pemecahan saham atau stock split dengan perubahan nilai nominal per lembar saham dari Rp2.500,- per lembar saham menjadi Rp500,- per lembar saham. Dengan demikian, jumlah saham per 31 Desember 2021 sebanyak 79.245.048.468 lembar saham mengalami stock split dengan rasio 1:5 menjadi 396.225.242.340 lembar saham.Selain aksi korporasi saham tersebut, sepanjang tahun 2022 hingga 2024 Perusahaan tidak melakukan aksi korporasi saham lainnya yang menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan pada saham, seperti penggabungan saham (reverse stock), saham bonus, dividen dalam bentuk saham, perubahan nilai nominal saham, penerbitan efek konversi, serta penambahan dan pengurangan modal. Perusahaan juga tidak melakukan Penawaran Umum Perdana Saham atau Initial Public Offering (IPO) pada bursa efek mana pun.As of December 31, 2024, the Company had issued 396,225,242,340 shares owned by PT Pertamina (Persero) namely 396,212,442,340 shares or 99.9968%, and PT Pertamina Pedeve Indonesia 12,800,000 shares or 0.0032%.In 2024, the Company did not take corporate action causing changes in shares. However, in 2022, by virtue of resolutio of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 2, 2022, it was decided that the Company would conduct stock split with change in the nominal value per share from Rp2,500.- per share to become Rp500.- per share. Accordingly, the total number of shares as per December 13, 2021 totalling 79,245,048,468 shares was subject to stock split with the ratio of 1:5 to become 396,225,242,340 shares.Other than such corporate action, in 2022 untill 2024 respectively the Company did not take any other share related corporate action which would have caused change in shares, such as reverse stock, bonus share, dividends in the form of share, change in the nominal value of share, issance of conversion stock, and increasing and decreasing capital.
