Sejalan dengan penetapan PHE Subholding Upstream, Perusahaan telah melakukan penyesuaian Anggaran Dasar sesuai Keputusan Akta No. 12 tanggal 3 November 2022.GCG IMPLEMENTATION ROAD MAPGOVERNANCE POLICYThe Articles of Association of the Company serve as the foundation for the rules and implementation of GCG, which are subsequently supplemented by other regulations such as GMS Resolutions, Board of Commissioners Decrees, Board of Directors Decrees, and decisions of authorized officials.
