Sumur yang sekarang disebut KRG-15 ini ditajak pada 1 Januari 2022. The drilling of the KRG-PA1 well in the Rambang Kapak Tengah District of Prabumulih, South Sumatra resulted in an increase in Pertamina%u2019s oil production by 709 barrels per day (BOPD), as reported by the Zone 4 Sumatra Regional Subholding Upstream. The well, now called the KRG-15 well, was drilled on 1 January 2022.Sumur dibor menggunakan rig PDSI #32.2/N80UE-E berkapasitas 1.000 HP yang dioperasikan oleh PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia (PDSI). Berkat upaya maksimal Zona 4 Regional Sumatra Subholding Upstream, sumur ini dapat diselesaikan dalam 31 hari, atau 14 hari lebih cepat dari target awal 45 hari, dan produksi mencapai 709 BOPD, atau sekitar 472% lebih besar dari prognosa awal 150 BOPD.The well was drilled using the 1,000-horsepower PDSI #32.2/N80UE-E rig operated by PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia (PDSI).
