CISO (Chief Information Security Officer)Menimbang bahwasannya untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan bisnis dan transformasi digital di proses bisnis di lingkungan Subholding Upstream Group harus dilakukan secara aman, efektif dan efisien dengan memprioritaskan aspek Keamanan Informasi (Availability, Integrity, Confidentiallity dan Proof) maka Penunjukan dan Penetapan Kepala Keamanan Informasi (Chief/ Lead Information Security Officer (CISO/LISO) telah ditetapkan oleh PT. PHE pada Agustus tahun 2024. 2. Organizational Securitya. CISO (Chief Information Security Officer)Considering that the implementation of business activities and digital transformation in business processes within the Subholding Upstream Group must be conducted safely, effectively and efficiently by prioritizing aspects of Information Security (Availability, Integrity, Confidentiality and Proof), the Appointment and Determination of the Chief/Lead Information Security Officer (CISO/LISO) was determined by PT. PHE in August 2024.b. CSIRT Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT)Dalam menunjang kesinambungan bisnis dan memperkecil kemungkinan ancaman terhadap proses bisnis, Perusahaan harus menjamin ketersediaan, integritas dan kerahasiaan informasi (CIA Triad), kondisi ini memerlukan koordinasi dan komunikasi seluruh kegiatan teknologi informasi yang efektif dan efisien agar dapat memberikan sebesar-besarnya bagi Subholding Upstream. Oleh karena itu agar koordinasi tindak lanjut penanganan insiden keamanan informasi dapat berjalan efektif, di perlukan Satuan Tugas Tim Penanganan Insiden Keamanan Siber (Cyber Security Incident Response Team Taskforce. PT PHE membentuk Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) sebagai Tim Tanggap Insiden Keamanan Siber (TTIS) di lingkungan Pertamina Subholding Upstream Group, dibentuk pada tanggal 1 Maret 2024. Tim CSIRT Subholding Upstream Group telah didaftarkan ke Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN) pada tanggal 13 Mei 2024.b. CSIRT Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT)In supporting business continuity and minimizing the possibility of threats to business processes, the Company must ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of information (CIA Triad), this condition requires effective and efficient coordination and communication of all information technology activities in order to provide the greatest benefit to the Subholding Upstream. Therefore, in order for coordination of followup of information security incident management to run effectively, a Cybersecurity Incident Response Team Taskforce is needed. PT PHE formed a Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CSIRT) as a Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (TTIS) within Pertamina Subholding Upstream Group, formed on March 1, 2024.
